Staff Monkey was started because we thought there had to be a better way to send OUR DONORS newsletters. Spending hundreds of dollars and two full days to send out an update seemed like madness! Email was the clear choice; but the disadvantages seemed to out weigh the advantages. After a lot of investigation we started sending out HTML emails to our donors and the response was overwhelmingly positive! Other staff soon asked us to help them, and so we did some training, but for most it boiled down to just one more thing they had to do. So we were asked if we would do it for them for a small fee, and Staff Monkey was born.

Paper Newsletters
Although Staff Monkey was conceived of and started because of a desire to eliminate paper newsletters there was none-the-less still a need to send many of our donors paper newsletters. The same was true for other staff that had become our clients. So, in the summer of 2009, we set up a print shop to become a “one stop shop” for all of your newsletter needs… paperless or paper. We print out on high quality paper, color laser quality prints to make these newsletters look EXCEPTIONAL. And no, we don’t offer black and white copies on hot pink paper. Sorry. The best part? These awesome looking newsletters are affordable!
1-sided color $0.55/ copy plus postage.
2-sided color $0.65/ copy plus postage.

Donor Tracking Software
As a staff worker it was so important to “be on the ball” with my donors… Who was giving? Who wasn’t giving? Who did I need to send a note too? When was the last time I sent out an update? Unfortunately I wasn’t always on the ball. Coming soon Staff Monkey will offer its customers free (yes, free) software to help you be more on the ball!
